Michael Clem on Stevie Coyle’s Monday Night Thing (on Facebook)

Stevie Coyle is an old friend (formerly of The Waybacks) and we would find ourselves sharing stage spaces at  festivals and Folk Alliance.  We reconnected in more recent years as we share a mutual friend right here in central VA.  He’s a good, good guy.  Wicked talented musician with an electric wit.  He has this regular show that he hosts at 7:30PM (his California time) and 10:30PM for us East Coasters.  You tweener zones need to do your own math.  He’ll play a video, gab, play some of his songs, introduce me, we’ll gab, and if we’re not out-gabbed, I might play a few songs.  Twill be loads of fun.  We’ll discuss all the world’s problems and solve absolutely nothing.  Bad Dad jokes may find their way into the discourse, and perhaps a few Tawdry Mom jokes, but absolutely NO Undulating Uncle jokes.  AUNTecedant jokes?  Perhaps (those are the questions, no punchlines).  It’ll be the show all the cool kids are talking about in the cafeteria the next day.  Don’t FOMO your start to 2021, be a part.
